The Cosmopolitan embodies the glamour of 1990s New York, popularized at The Odeon bar in Manhattan before entering pop culture through Sex and the City.

The Penicillin is a modern classic created in 2005 at New York's legendary speakeasy Milk & Honey, combining smoky Scotch, honey, and comforting ginger.

The New York Sour elevates the traditional Whiskey Sour with its distinctive visual and flavor profile: an elegant float of dry red wine poured over the top of the glass.

The Salty Dog, born in the 1950s from the evolution of the Greyhound, balances the bitterness of grapefruit with its signature salted rim.
